TYPE II DIABETES

We are currently conducting a research study of an investigational medication for type II diabetes.  If you are between the ages of 18 and 75 years old and are currently taking metformin only or metformin plus sulfonylurea, you may qualify to participate in this clinical research study. 

Qualified participants may receive at no cost:

•   Study-related medication
•   Study-related laboratory testing
•   Study-related ECGs and physical exams
•   Glucometers and testing supplies

GOUT

GOUT First Experience?

 You may qualify if:

• You are male 18 yrs or older
• You are female 45 yrs or older
• Have had one gout experience

Study-related medical procedures are of no cost

Qualified participants may be compensated for their time and travel to the clinic

MIGRAINE

• Have you suffered from at least 2 migraines per month for at least 3 months or more?
• Are you female at least 18 years of age?
• Have you suffered from headaches during your last 2 or 3 menstrual cycles?

If so you may qualify to participate in a research study of an investigational medication for the potential treatment of migraines.

TYPE 2 DIABETES

Are you a Type 2 diabetic?

If yes, then you may qualify to take part in a research study with a 4-week treatment period.

To Qualify

• You must be between the ages of 18-65
• You must be a Type 2 diabetic
• You must be willing to comply with scheduled office visits

If qualified, you will receive the study medication or placebo and study related care at no cost.  You may also be compensateed for time and travel.

LOW BACK PAIN

IS YOUR CURRENT MEDICATION PROVIDING ADEQUATE LOW BACK PAIN RELIEF?

If NOT, you may be interested in learning more about a clinical research trial of an investigational mediacation that is being evaluated for the treatment of low back pain.

You may be eligible to participate if you:

• are 18 to 80 years of age
• have pain that is inadequately controlled by standard therapies
• have had low back pain for at least 6 months

Study Volunteers will:

• be provided research related medical care and medication at no cost
• be able to take their normal pain medicines while receiving study medication
• be reimbursed for study related expenses

You may qualify if you are:

• At least 50 years old
• Have experienced a gout flare
• Post menopause (if female)
